Delete Account and Data

To delete your Citaredy account and the associated data, send an email to contacto@citaredy.com with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address tied to your account. We will process the request within a maximum of 30 days and confirm completion by email.

If you only want to disconnect a Meta platform (Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp) without closing your Citaredy account, mention it in the same email. Upon disconnection, data originating from that platform is deleted within the following 30 days.

• Business owner data (name, email, account configuration)
• Business information (services, hours, prices, frequently asked questions)
• Contacts and end customers (names, phones, platform identifiers: Instagram ID, Messenger PSID, WhatsApp number)
• Full history of conversations and messages on every channel
• Appointments, bookings and recorded reminders
• Access tokens and Meta integration credentials
• Notes, tags and funnels associated with contacts

Data received through Meta APIs (WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram Graph API, Messenger Platform) is deleted within 30 days of the deletion request or of the integration being disconnected. This includes messages, platform identifiers, access tokens and associated metadata.

Some records are retained after deletion for legal or security reasons:

• Aggregate usage records without personally identifiable information (AI token consumption, costs): retained for internal historical purposes
• Financial and billing records: retained for the period required by Chilean tax law
• Security audit logs: retained for up to 12 months for incident detection

If you want to keep a copy of your contacts before deleting your account, mention it in the request email and we will send you a CSV file with your contacts and appointments. This option is available during the 30 days following the request, before data is permanently erased.
