Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the Citaredy platform ("the Service"), operated by LEAD MEDIA SPA (Tax ID 77.218.325-9), a Chilean Sociedad por Acciones operating under the commercial brand Marketing Con Yas ("we", "us"), you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the Service.

Citaredy is an AI-powered virtual assistant that manages customer messages through Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger for businesses in the beauty and wellness industry. Citaredy is a Meta Tech Provider, providing services on behalf of the businesses that connect their Meta accounts (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) to the platform. The Service includes:

• Automatic replies to customer inquiries
• Appointment and calendar management
• Dashboard to manage the business
• Public booking page

To use the Service you must create an account by providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service offers different monthly subscription plans. The prices and features of each plan are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.

Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. We do not store credit-card data on our servers.

The Service uses artificial-intelligence models to process and reply to messages. While we strive to provide accurate responses:

• AI-generated responses are based exclusively on user-configured data (services, hours, frequently asked questions)
• We do not guarantee that AI responses will always be perfect or appropriate for every situation
• The user is responsible for supervising and adjusting the assistant's configuration
• Messages processed by the AI are stored to improve the quality of the service

The Service integrates with Meta platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger). LEAD MEDIA SPA is a Meta Tech Provider under the corresponding Meta program. By connecting your Meta accounts to Citaredy:

• You authorize Citaredy to access and process messages on your behalf through Meta's APIs
• You agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies
• Citaredy processes Meta Platform Data exclusively to provide the services described in these terms
• Citaredy will not use Meta Platform Data for purposes other than those described in this document and in our Privacy Policy
• Messaging through Meta channels is subject to Meta's 24-hour messaging window policy. Outside that window, messages can only be sent using templates approved under each channel's policies

We are not responsible for changes, interruptions or limitations imposed by Meta on its platforms or APIs.

To provide the Service, Citaredy shares data with the following trusted sub-processors, each under data-processing agreements:

• OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) — AI message processing
• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Upstash — Rate limiting and cache

We reserve the right to update this sub-processor list. Significant changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not send offensive or discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights
• Comply with consumer-protection laws applicable in Chile
• Keep your business information up to date (hours, prices, services)
• Not attempt to access data of other users of the Service

All intellectual-property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks and content, belong to LEAD MEDIA SPA. Business and contact data entered by the user belong to the user.

To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, LEAD MEDIA SPA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of clients, missed appointments, or inappropriate AI assistant responses.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, with 15 days' prior notice except in cases of serious violations. In the event of termination, you will have access to export your data for 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify significant changes by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any controversy will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile.
